Established in 2008 by Ovidiu Staicu and Tony Ward, Force 10 Property Management has among its objectives, from its very beginning, to deliver an outstanding property letting and management service to its customers – both Landlords and Tenants.
The Company originally opened its office in Doncaster. Since then additional offices have opened in Harrogate and more recently in Sheffield.
At Force 10 Property Management we believe in exceeding customer expectations and we work to deliver this every single day. In order to achieve this we employ the best resources, inclusive of personnel, technology and systems.
In order to offer the very best service, we operate our accounts centralised and we continuously monitor our internal processes and procedures. We strongly believe in creating and fostering a trusting partnership between landlords, tenants and ourselves, which in turn creates better communication and ultimately adding value to the property management process.
We are passionate about our portfolio and about our Landlords and their business. Therefore our main objective is to take away the strain of managing their properties, to give them back their time and money and to ensure that they simply enjoy being Landlords. We make the property management process as smooth and as stress free as possible.
We are also passionate about our Tenants. We believe in matching Tenants to the right properties and then both Tenants and Landlords will enjoy a long and happy relationship.
We offer all services on the letting market, whether they are residential or commercial, lease renewals or finding tenants, serviced apartments and virtual offices.
Our residential properties portfolio ranges from small terrace houses, rented at approx. £400pcm to large executive, detached houses in the region of £4000pcm.
All our properties offer an excellent standard of accommodation and they are fully compliant with current legislation and guidelines.
Also, on our commercial side of the business we manage or find tenants from small offices or shops in the region of £300pcm to large industrial units or office buildings in the region of £3500pcm.
We are members of, and licensed by, the most reputable organisations in the country, which gives peace of mind to our customers.
